“It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” - Frederick Douglass

It is easy to see a massive fire, but it’s hard to extinguish it. Being preventative is often tricky because we often don’t recognize the spark that leads to a flame.

On the heels of Generation Z (birth years 1995 to 2011), the Alpha generation (birth years 2011 to 2025) includes the most radical diversity yet. Already, Generation Z-ers (in the U.S.) are minority white.

In terms of success, large corporations seek efficiency in programming and financial numbers. They make projections, propose budget cuts, and take measurable actions based on the current market. Families and individuals can do the same, bringing new life to our burdened communities by thinking ahead with the younger generations.

Our world is changing quickly, and we, as parents and mentors, are not taking action. We need to recognize the spark in our children, shape it, and use it for good.

Together we can:

  • Use programs that embrace radical diversity and socioeconomic status
  • Create leaders for tomorrow out of the children of today
  • Inspire an unwavering faith that equips a generation with a strong identity and authentic character
  • Lead others in healthy, life-giving food choices

There is a lot of work to do. Will you help us bridge the gap?

To the next generation,
~The Little Iron Mom Team
