LM4H will stand in the gap, delivering a voice to the voiceless while providing perspective to our children at home in the U.S. With patience and persistence, LM4H seeks to elevate the socioeconomic status of Haiti through leadership, love, training, and opportunity.

Online Family Partnerships (w/World Grace Project)

• Projects empowered by WGP participants in the USA.
• Engage and teach Waterloo, Iowa families and children about Haiti through online content
• Partnering Iowa families will have access to exclusive content and updates about the Haiti project they supported.
• Families can “meet” online, meetings moderated by the local Haiti team leader, and our U.S. team

Haiti Grow Project

• Growth in garden programming to local greenhouse supporting communities led by trained LM4H leaders.
• Partner with U.S. greenhouse projects to promote cross-cultural experiences.
• Create opportunity for workforce training and expanded economy in Haiti around food.

Haiti Leadership Training

• Continued cultivation of the Haiti team leaders through in-person training in the U.S., in Haiti and online training
• Concentrated efforts at building honest, transparent, authentic leaders who value God and others
• Language learning (French) to learn the language of the government to be good advocates for their community
• Future job opportunities in LM4H programming
