World Grace Project

Food is Grace. Healing at the Table.

We are using gardening and food as a platform to bring reconciliation to the table. The World Grace Project will grow relationships and remove barriers to healing in our community and beyond.

Growing at Home

  • Engage youth and families to grow their own food at home through indoor hydroponics.
  • Engage youth groups and schools to construct simple, effective grow systems.
  • Promote diversity through food by featuring food and recipes around specific cultures.
  • WGP welcomes and loves people of all nationalities, backgrounds, and beliefs.
  • Engage youth in our partner activity with Love Ministry 4 Haiti.

Growing Food Greenhouse Partnership

  • To promote health and food security for ALL, WGP will pursue options to grow healthy food locally.
  • Work with Be You to promote entrepreneurial & leadership skills in youth.
  • Create access to high nutrition food locally in all seasons, for all income levels.
  • Programs to promote and elevate underprivileged individuals who are willing to invest time and work hard for others and the community.

Hospital Partnerships

  • For children and families who find themselves walking a tough road, WGP will explore ways to encourage them as they begin their journey.
  • Small gifts and notes of encouragement for mom and child
  • Healthy relief meals
  • Activities or games for kids
  • Spiritual and prayer support

Hospitality Gardens

  • WGP will pursue creating a space for families to do life together. Hospitality Gardens will allow mentor families to come alongside a family to have fellowship in food, games, and other family fun.
  • Creating programs with safety checks, guidance, and family goals
  • Promote healing for families or children that have been through crisis times
  • Group cooking classes, gardening/greenhouse growing, and grocery shopping for health
  • Backyard cookouts
